Phoenix Mecano’s senior officers, namely the Board of Directors and management, are committed to open information and communication both within the Group and externally, believing that transparency alone creates trust. As well as attending official information events: the balance sheet press conference, the financial analysts’ meeting or the Shareholders’ General Meeting the company’s representatives are in regular contact with media representatives, financial analysts and investors.
Print media announcements are published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) as well as a number of major daily newspapers in German-speaking Switzerland.
