We maintain a Code of Conduct that is binding on all entities within the Phoenix Mecano Group. This Code applies to all employees and managers of the Phoenix Mecano Group, irrespective of their role or seniority, and whenever they act on behalf of their company, whether during or outside of official working hours. We are committed to strict compliance with the standards and guidelines set out in this Code of Conduct, regardless of external expectations or demands, and even where such compliance may result in the loss of business opportunities. Upholding integrity and safeguarding our excellent reputation shall always take precedence.
