In the concept phase, we define the requirements for the HMI solution together with you. These include hardware performance, functions, budget and area of application. Do you want a special solution in your own design, or can we build on standard modules such as the S-Line Gen.5. At the end, you will receive a concept of how we will implement your requirements

An appealing design makes up the emotional value of a product and fits the concept of your plant. Already in the design phase of the HMI solution, we pay attention to the producibility and cost-effectiveness for series production. Most customers already bring a design idea into the concept phase

Our engineers now develop the HMI solution according to the created concept and requirements. The individual components such as input units and PC components are defined. We create the technical drawings and 3D CAD models for the entire solution

After the design, a functional prototype is produced. The enclosure is usually milled from aluminium. The prototype is then extensively tested in use by the customer

After successful testing of the prototype, series production begins. Strict quality control, including a recorded burn-in load test and fully documented quality management, are standard for us with every single industrial PC and industrial monitor
