In automated production plants, machine safety fences and partition walls protect people, machines, and production processes. They prevent accidental interference or entry into hazardous areas.
Our safety guards, custom-made to your specifications, not only comply with the EN ISO 14120 standard and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, but also meet the highest standards of flexibility and design. Our adaptable modular system simplifies the creation of application-specific machine safety fences and partition walls.
Separating Protective Device – Maximum Flexibility Thanks to Modular Aluminium Profile System
Our durable safety guards and partition walls are made from customizable components. Anodized aluminium profiles, available in various sizes, lengths, and designs, serve as the support posts for the system. These posts are securely anchored to the floor using feet. Market-unique aluminium clamping profiles accommodate surface elements with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 10 mm.

The primary surface materials we use include galvanized woven wire mesh, Makrolon, acrylic glass, Alucobond, sheet metal, and wood. Lockable swing or sliding doors, precisely fitted from the modular system’s aluminium profiles, provide controlled access to your machines or systems. Special Click&Safe connecting elements allow for fast and secure opening and closing of safety fence elements on the supports.
Project Process
From Concept to Complete Protective Devices
We deliver the fully assembled system, with on-site assembly available upon customer request. Whether it's a simple partition wall or a complex protective device system with various area elements and secure access points, we will create the exact solution you need. Your specifications; safety requirements, required distances, access points, and partition wall height, serve as the foundation for designing your machine safety fence or partition system. If desired, we will support you from the initial sketch to the final on-site installation, including customizing the color design of the protective devices to match the specific conditions at your location.
