Kloten/Stein am Rhein, 28 March 2011. Rochus Kobler (Dr. oec and Dipl.Ing.) will be appointed as Chairman of the Board of Management of the Phoenix Mecano AG in addition to his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) from 1 April 2011. Mr. Kobler has been working at Phoenix Mecano since 1 September 2010. He continues to be responsible for the operative management of the Group and reports to Benedikt Goldkamp, Delegate of the Board of Directors and CEO.
