Aluminium Profiles Connect Without Drilling
The aluminium profiles are cut to length and assembled. For this purpose, the profiles do not need to be drilled, as they can be connected using a flange bracket without any additional processing. This saves both assembly time and costs. More than 100 different aluminium profile sizes and cross-sections can be easily assembled in this way. The aluminium profiles can be effortlessly combined like a modular system.
The most commonly used profile is the 40×40 mm aluminium profile, which, like most others, is also available in a light version, known as the "light profile." Other popular aluminium profile sizes include 40×80 mm and 80×80 mm. Lightweight aluminium profiles are often sufficient for the required loads and are frequently chosen for cost-efficiency.

Connecting Profiles Made Easy
The cut-to-size aluminium profiles can be quickly and easily mounted using a flange bracket. This bracket not only secures the profiles to prevent twisting but also allows for effortless repositioning, enabling easy adjustments when needed.
